He is the Director International of DonNTU, a member of editorial boards of some international publications, the author of the book “The Universe Ethic Algorithms” published in Germany and awarded with the diploma of the All-Russian Contest of Scientific Publications in 2016. Dr. Dzhura has been a participant of a number of international projects, the Regional Academic Partnership (REAP) in 1999 is an example. It was a joint with the University of Portsmouth (Great Britain) project, his being a module manager. In 2000 he was the senior executive of the program on establishment of the Industrial Assessment Centre sponsored by the grant of the Ministry of Energy of the USA and Philadelphia Science Centre. Due to the work he took part in a number of trainings at research centers and universities of the USA (New York, Washington, Los-Angeles, Philadelphia, and San-Diego) and the Ford Company plant. In 2007 DonNTU won the grant of the key European program TEMPUS. Dr. Dzhura was appointed the senior manager of DonNTU’s work in the project in which key universities of Great Britain, Spain, Poland and Russia were partners.
