Anna Vladimirovna Nevoit – Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, 2020-2021 – Doctoral student, Associate Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine and Medicine of Emergency Conditions of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Postgraduate Education, Poltava State Medical University. Author and co-author of over 100 scientific papers.

Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Professor Ozar Petrovich Mintser is one of the founders of medical informatics in Ukraine. He created a scientific school. 79 candidate and 18 doctoral dissertations were defended under his supervision. Author of over 900 scientific works, including 43 monographs and textbooks, 38 patents and copyright certificates. In the past five years, he has been actively working in the areas of creating a unified theory of the transfer of medical knowledge, the development of systems biology and systems medicine.
The research of prof. O.P. Mintser on the use of the latest knowledge transfer technologies; introduction of technologies of modern adaptive education, mobile education, as well as on-the-job training in the processes of medical postgraduate education. Author of many works on knowledge engineering, methods of evidence-based medicine, telemedicine, conceptual approaches to the quality of medical care, and many others.
Maksim Makarovich Potyazhenko – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Internal Diseases and Medicine of Emergency Conditions of the Educational Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Poltava State Medical University, as a scientist and highly qualified practitioner, contributed to the formation and development of the Poltava therapeutic school headed by Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences M .BUT. Dudchenko (1919 – 2020), and now continues his tradition in the direction of the development of a systemic holistic approach in the management of patients. Author and co-author of over 600 scientific papers, of which 25 are in Scopus and Web of Science publications. Research interests: internal medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, gastroenterology.
